UP B.E.d JEE 2023: प्रदेश के विश्वविद्यालयों से संबद्ध राजकीय, एडेड एवं सेल्फ फाइनेंस कॉलेजों में सत्र 2023-2025 में प्रवेश के लिए शुक्रवार से ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुरू हो गए। छात्र
https://www.bujhansi.ac.in वेबसाइट पर तीन मार्च तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। सामान्य, ओबीसी एवं अन्य राज्य के समस्त वर्गों के विद्यार्थियों को 1400, जबकि यूपी के एससी-एसटी छात्रों को 700 रुपये की फीस देनी होगी। 04 से 10 मार्च तक विलंब शुल्क के साथ आवेदन हो सकेंगे। इसमें सामान्य-ओबीसी एवं अन्य राज्य के सभी वर्गों के छात्रों को दो हजार रुपये जबकि एससी-एसटी को एक हजार रुपये शुल्क जमा करना होगा। प्रवेश परीक्षा सभी 75 जिलों में 24 अप्रैल 2023 को प्रस्तावित है।

Caste Certificate (जाति प्रमाण पत्र)
The number on the caste certificate issued by the competent authority is to be entered and scanned copy of the certificate is required to be uploaded to avail the benefit of reservation by the OBC, SC and ST applicants. In case of any mismatch between caste certificate number entered and that in the uploaded image of the same, the application will be rejected.(जाति प्रमाण पत्र पर अंकित प्रमाण पत्र संख्या आवेदन फार्म मे यथास्थान भरा जाना सुनिश्चित करें।प्रमाण पत्र क्रमांक अपलोड की हुई स्कैन कापी में अंकित क्रमांक से मिलान सुनिश्चित करें, मिलान न होने पर आवेदन निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा।)
OBC applicants of Non-Creamy Layer should have a caste certificate issued on or after 1st April 2020. Validity of this certificate will be verified from the Government website.(अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (नॉन क्रीमीलेयर) के अभ्यर्थी का 01 अप्रैल, 2020 अथवा उसके पश्चात् जारी प्रमाण पत्र ही मान्य होगा।)
OBC applicants of Creamy Layer should have a caste certificate issued on or after 1st April 2020. Validity of this certificate will be verified from the concerned Government website. (अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (क्रीमीलेयर) के अभ्यर्थी का 01 अप्रैल, 2020 अथवा उसके पश्चात् जारी प्रमाण पत्र ही मान्य होगा।)
The Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class and Economically Weaker Section (EWS*) applicants originally belonging to Uttar Pradesh will be given the benefit of reservation.(केवल उ0प्र0 के मूल निवासी अभ्यर्थियों को ही अनसूचित जाति, अनुसुचित जन जाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग का आरक्षण देय होगा।)

Certificates for Weightage Claimed (भारांक)
Applicant has to upload the certificate related to the weightage claimed and such certificate should be duly signed by the competent issuing authority. In case an applicant fails to upload the required certificate in proper format, the weightage claimed by the applicant will not be accepted.(भारांक हेतु अपलोड किये गए सभी प्रमाण पत्र सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित होने पर ही मान्य होगे। भारांक हेतु प्रमाण पत्र का वैध प्रारूप में अपलोड न होने की स्थिति में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अनुरोध किये गये भारांक नहीं दिये जायेगें।)
Documents related to Sub Category (उप श्रेणी)
Applicants have to upload the certificate related to his/her Sub-Category and it should be duly signed by the competent issuing authority. Income Certificate (आय प्रमाण पत्र)
Applicants are required to enter the Income Certificate Number at the time of filling up the Application form. (आय प्रमाण पत्र का क्रमांक यथास्थान भरा जाना सुनिश्चित करें तथा प्रमाण पत्र की स्कैन कॉपी अपलोड करें। प्रमाण पत्र क्रमांक अपलोड किये हुई स्कैन कापी में अंकित क्रमांक से मिलान सुनिश्चित करें, मिलान न होने पर प्रमाण पत्र निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा।)

Certificates and the related details if NOT found on the Government website will not be accepted. Certificates for Weightage Claimed (भारांक)
Applicant has to upload the certificate related to the weightage claimed and such certificate should be duly signed by the competent issuing authority. In case an applicant fails to upload the required certificate in proper format, the weightage claimed by the applicant will not be accepted.(भारांक हेतु अपलोड किये गए सभी प्रमाण पत्र सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित होने पर ही मान्य होगे। भारांक हेतु प्रमाण पत्र का वैध प्रारूप में अपलोड न होने की स्थिति में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अनुरोध किये गये भारांक नहीं दिये जायेगें।)
Documents related to Sub Category (उप श्रेणी)
Applicants have to upload the certificate related to his/her Sub-Category and it should be duly signed by the competent issuing authority. In case an applicant fails to upload the certificate, or the certificate is not in proper format, the benefit of Sub Category claimed by applicant will not be given.(उप श्रेणी में आरक्षण हेतु अपलोड किये गए सभी प्रमाण पत्र सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित होने पर ही मान्य होगे। प्रमाण पत्र का वैध प्रारूप में अपलोड न होने की स्थिति में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अनुरोध किये गये आरक्षण पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा।)

FORM FILLING (आवेदन पत्र पूरित करने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश)
During the form filling process, the applicant can make the entries and save the information. If the applicant is unable to fill the form in one sitting or somehow the process is interrupted, the applicant is NOT required to register again. Applicant can login using the login details sent on his/her mobile number and on the email to continue with the process. (आवेदन पूरित के दौरान सभी प्रविष्टियाँ भरने के बाद सभी सूचनाओं को संरक्षित कर लें। यदि अभ्यर्थी एक बार में आवेदन पूर्ण नहीं कर पाते हैं, तो उन्हे पुनः पंजीकरण की आवश्यकता नहीं है, पंजीकरण के पश्चात दिए गए लॉगिन द्वारा पुनः लॉगिन करने पर आवेदन संरक्षित स्थान से ही आगे बढ़ना प्रारम्भ होगा।)
Applicants are advised to check all the data entered before the final submission of the application form and fee. In case of any error the same can be edited or entire process can be started again. Step 1 – Registration (पंजीकरण)
Applicants have to fill all the relevant details in the form provided. These fields cannot be edited later. (पंजीकरण पृष्ठ पर दी गई समस्त प्रविष्टियाँ ध्यानपूर्वक भरें।)
Applicants will receive their login details on the mobile number and e-mail ID provided at the time of registration. (अभ्यर्थी द्वारा पंजीकरण के समय दिए गए मोबाइल नम्बर एवं ई-मेल आई.डी. पर ही लॉगिन से सम्बन्धित सूचनायें प्रेशित की जायेगी।)
Step 2 – Personal Detail (निजी सूचनाएं)
Applicants are required to enter their personal details. (अभ्यर्थी समस्त निजी सूचनाएं उचित स्थान पर भरें।)
Step 3 – Upload the documents (प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड)
Applicants have to upload all the required documents such as; scanned photo, signature, left and right Index finger impression and documents related to sub category of the claimed reservation. (अभ्यर्थी दिए गए प्रारूप में सभी प्रमाण पत्र (जैसे- फोटो, हस्ताक्षर दायें व बायें हाथ की तर्जनी की छाप एवं आरक्षण तथा भारांक से सम्बन्धित अन्य प्रमाण पत्र) अपलोड करें।)
Step 4 – Educational Qualification (शैक्षणिक अर्हता)
Applicants have to fill their educational qualifications. Enter the aggregate marks of all the subjects mentioned in the mark sheets. Applicants who have appeared for their UG/PG final year/semester Examination in 2023, are required to fill the name of their University and their Roll Number. All such applicants have to login and fill their UG marks before appearing for counselling, in absence of which their candidature will be rejected.( अभ्यर्थी अपने सभी प्रमाण पत्र एवं विवरण सावधानी पूर्वक भरें, सत्र्-2023 में अन्तिम वर्ष/सेमेस्टर में बैठ रहें अभ्यर्थी विश्वविद्यालय का नाम एवं अनुक्रमांक भरना सुनिश्चित करेगें। ऐसे सभी अभ्यर्थी काउन्सिलिंग के पूर्व स्नातक (ग्रेजुएशन) में प्राप्त अंक पुनः लॉगिन कर भरेंगे। स्नातक (ग्रेजुएशन) के अंको की अनुपलब्धता की स्थिति में उनका अभ्यर्थन निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा।)
Step 5 – Weightage (भारांक)
Applicants are required to fill their details related to the claim of weightage and upload certificate related to the weightage claimed by them that is duly signed by the competent issuing authority. (अभ्यर्थी भांराक हेतु सभी प्रविश्टियां ध्यानपूर्वक भरें एवं उनसे सम्बन्धित सभी प्रमाण पत्र सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी एवं हस्ताक्षरित अपलोड करें।)
Step 6 – Choice of Test Centre (परीक्षा केन्द्र)
Applicant is required to fill Five choices of Test Centre, in order of his/her preference. The Test Centre allotted may be different from his/her choice and the University reserves the right to allot any other Test Centre.( अभ्यर्थी दिए गए विकल्पों में से कोई भी पांच परीक्षा केन्द्र चुन सकता है। अभ्यर्थी द्वारा चुने गए विकल्पों के अतिरिक्त भी परीक्षा केन्द्र आवंटित किया जा सकता है, केन्द्र आवंटन का सम्पूर्ण अधिकार आयोजक बुन्देलखण्ड विश्वविद्यालय, झाँसी को होगा।)
Step 7 – Payments (शुल्क भुगतान)
The applicant has to deposit the required fee Online through Internet banking/Debit Card/Credit Card. (अभ्यर्थी इंटरनेट बैकिंग/डेविट कार्ड/क्रेडिट कार्ड/यू.पी.आई द्वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान कर सकता है।)
Step 8 – Print Application form (आवेदन फार्म का प्रिंट आउट)
Applicant is required to take a print copy of the duly filled application form and the fee receipt for final completion of the application process. Applicant has to retain the printout of the application form which will be needed for future reference. (अभ्यर्थी द्वारा पूर्ण किये हुए आवेदन पत्र एवं शुल्क प्राप्ति की रसीद के प्रिंट आउट लेने के पश्चात् ही आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होगी। अभ्यर्थी आवेदन पत्र के प्रिंटआउट की प्रति अपने पास भविष्य के लिए संरक्षित रखेगें
