प्रत्येक शिक्षक जो 3.9.2001 के पहले नियुक्त हुए, साथ ही साथ जिनकी नियुक्ति 3.9.2001 से 23.8.2010 और 29 .7.2011 के मध्य हुई, जिस दिन NCTE ने RTE Act की अधिसूचना दिनांकित 31 .3.2010 के क्रम में अधिसूचित किया , सभी को नियुक्ति और पदोन्नति के लिए टीईटी उत्तीर्ण करना अनिवार्य है। ✅

In the above background, the NCTE states and respectfully submits that every teacher in service appointed before 03.09.2001 in accordance with the prevalent Recruitment Rules without possession of the requisite teacher training professional qualification, as well as the teachers appointed between 03.09.2001 and 23.08.2010 in accordance with the NCTE (Determination of Minimum Qualifications for Recruitment of Teachers in Schools) Regulations, 2001, and between 23.08.2010 and 29.07.2011 i.e. the date on which NCTE issued the notification in terms of the RTE Act and in pursuance of a notification dated 31.03.2010, are mandated to acquire TET for the appointment as well as for promotions.
