लखनऊ, ईदगाह लखनऊ में ईद-उल-फित्र और अलविदा की तैयारियों के सिलसिले में ईदगाह कमेटी, इस्लामिक सेंन्टर आफ इण्डिया और जिला प्रशासन व पुलिस कमिश्नरेट की बैठक हुई। बैठक में तैयारियों का जायजा लिया गया। ईदगाह लखनऊ में ईद-उल-फित्र की नमाज सुबह 10 बजे होगी।
बैठक में इमाम ईदगाह मौलाना खालिद रशीद फरंगी महली ने कहा कि ईद मुसलमानों का ऐसा त्योहार है, जिसमें अन्य धर्मो के अनुयायी भी शरीक होकर खुशियां मनाते हैं। उन्होंने जिला प्रशासन से कहा कि वह नमाज ईद अदा करने वालों को अधिक अधिक आसानियां उपलब्ध करायें। इर्दगाह के मैदान और पास में सफाई पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। मौलाना ने कहा कि ईद का चांद 30 मार्च को देखा जायेगा अगर चांद हो गया तो 31 मार्च को पूरे देश में ईद होगी। डीसीपी वेस्ट विश्वाजीत श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि इमाम ईदगाह ने जिन बिन्दुओं पर ध्यान केन्द्रित कराया है उन पर कार्रवाई होगी।
Lucknow: In preparation for Eid-ul-Fitr and Alvida (farewell) prayers, a meeting was held between the Eidgah Committee, the Islamic Centre of India, the district administration, and the Police Commissionerate at Eidgah, Lucknow. The meeting reviewed the arrangements for the occasion. The Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at Eidgah Lucknow will be held at 10 AM.
During the meeting, Imam of Eidgah Maulana Khalid Rashid Firangi Mahali stated that Eid is a festival of Muslims in which followers of other religions also participate and celebrate together. He urged the district administration to provide maximum convenience to those coming to offer Eid prayers. Special attention should be given to cleanliness in and around the Eidgah grounds. The Maulana mentioned that the Eid moon will be sighted on March 30 and if the moon is sighted, Eid will be celebrated across the country on March 31.
DCP West Vishwajit Srivastava assured that necessary action would be taken on the points highlighted by the Imam of Eidgah.
