लखनऊ। शिक्षकों के विनियमितीकरण को लेकर शासन की गाइडलाइन को भी माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग के मंडलीय अफसर नहीं मान रहे हैं। नतीजा, उत्तर प्रदेश माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड अधिनियम 2016 की विभिन्न धाराओं का भी खुलकर उल्लंघन हो रहा है।
मामला एडेड स्कूलों में 25 साल से अधिक समय से शिक्षण कार्य कर रहे तदर्थ शिक्षकों को नियमित करने से जुड़ा है। गाइडलाइन में 30 दिसंबर 2000 तक नियुक्त शिक्षकों को ‘कठिनाई निवारण आदेश’ एवं ‘धारा-18’ एवं उत्तर प्रदेश मा. शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड अधिनियम-2016 की धारा-33 छ के तहत दोनों विधाओ से नियुक्त तदर्थ शिक्षकों को विनियमित कर मौलिक रूप से नियुक्ति करने का प्रावधान है। मंडलीय समितियों द्वारा इन प्रावधानों को नजरअंदाज किया जा रहा है।

Lucknow:The divisional officials of the Secondary Education Department are not adhering to the government’s guidelines regarding the regularization of teachers. As a result, various provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board Act, 2016, are being openly violated.
The issue pertains to the regularization of ad-hoc teachers who have been teaching in aided schools for over 25 years. According to the guidelines, teachers appointed until December 30, 2000, are to be regularized and given permanent appointments under the “Difficulty Resolution Order,” “Section-18,” and Section 33(6) of the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board Act, 2016. However, divisional committees are ignoring these provisions.
